Responsibilities(what you will learn)

What you will learn and skills you will develop

the candidate will need to:

  • Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn,Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tik-tok and YouTube, adapting contentto suit different channels oversee
  • Plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Hoot-suite or Asana
  • Create engaging multimedia content
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
  • Analyse competitor activity

  • English & Maths Level 2 qualification (subject to prior attainment)
  • A minimum work experience of 4 weeks
  • Study a module/unit relevant to your work experience
  • Digital and IT skills development
  • Pre employability work skills development
Am I eligible?
  1. Are you aged between 19-24 on 31st of August?
  2. Do you have the right to abode in UK.
  3. You must be ordinarily a resident of UK.
  4. Your highest qualification should be at level 3 or below.
  5. You must be unemployed and have little or no employment experience.
  6. You must be looking for work i.e., actively seeking work
How long will the traineeship last?

On average a traineeship programme will last between 12-18 weeks. This is dependent on the placement schedule and the successful completion of other key elements tied to the programme including the flexible unit and English and Maths qualifications.
