Responsibilities(what you will learn)
What you will learn and skills you will develop
- Business Development - trainees will join the team introducing YouMakr to students
- Business Administration- trainees will help with student database, its population and maintenance
- Customer Service - trainees will speak to students and answer their questions and queries
What else is included in the placement
- English & Maths Level 2 qualification (subject to prior attainment)
- A minimum work experience of 4 weeks
- Study a module/unit relevant to your work experience
- Digital and IT skills development
- Pre employability work skills development
Am I eligible?
- Are you aged between 19-24 on 31st of August?
- Do you have the right to abode in UK.
- You must be ordinarily a resident of UK.
- Your highest qualification should be at level 3 or below.
- You must be unemployed and have little or no employment experience.
- You must be looking for work i.e., actively seeking work
How long will the traineeship last?
On average a traineeship programme will last between 12-18 weeks. This is dependent on the placement schedule and the successful completion of other key elements tied to the programme including the flexible unit and English and Maths qualifications.
