Responsibilities(what you will learn)

As a trainee at our company you can expect a good amount of training and guidance from the Directors of the company.

You will:

  • play an active role in helping to develop business via use of social media; LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram;
  • play a client-facing role in email-outreach campaigns; learning to research, form lists and generate business leads that will be subsequently converted into clients by the directors.
  • support BAU operations by updating spreadsheets and producing metrics. You will work on tailor made projects to identify new opportunities;
  • gain an in-depth insight into the world of consulting, law and the recruitment business more generally.
  • improve you commercial awareness, attention to detail and industry knowledge
  • gain transferable skills in social media and content marketing.

Expectations:

  • You must be based in the UK.
  • You must be able to commit a minimum of 100 hours to our company over 4 weeks.
  • You must have fast internet and own a laptop, as this role will be almost completely remote.

  • English & Maths Level 2 qualification (subject to prior attainment)
  • A minimum work experience of 4 weeks
  • Study a module/unit relevant to your work experience
  • Digital and IT skills development
  • Pre employability work skills development
Am I eligible?
  1. Are you aged between 19-24 on 31st of August?
  2. Do you have the right to abode in UK.
  3. You must be ordinarily a resident of UK.
  4. Your highest qualification should be at level 3 or below.
  5. You must be unemployed and have little or no employment experience.
  6. You must be looking for work i.e., actively seeking work
How long will the traineeship last?

On average a traineeship programme will last between 12-18 weeks. This is dependent on the placement schedule and the successful completion of other key elements tied to the programme including the flexible unit and English and Maths qualifications.
