19-24 year olds - get essential work experience and a recognised qualification in one Government backed package

Our Traineeships are delivered alongside trusted employers with the single aim of getting you ‘work ready’. You will receive basic training in English and Maths and that vital work experience too!  From there, you’ll be able to build your CV and develop good relationships with an employer. If you want to get on the career ladder, but are a little unsure of your skills, a traineeship could be just right for you!

Course Delivery and Support

You will undertake work experience part of the week and study with us on other days. You will gain subject relevant knowledge in addition to English and Maths. We’ll work with you to ensure the experience and learning is helping develop your confidence. We’ll also help prepare you to move into employment, an Apprenticeship or Further Education.

Eligibility for a Traineeship

You will need to be 19-24 years old and have proof of UK citizenship, or proof of 3 years residence (not on an international student visa). Alongside this you will need proof of address, any previous qualification details and benefits beneficiary details (if any).
