We're currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Lecturer to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in creating an environment of engagement, education, and empowerment for our learners. Collaborating closely with the Academic Directorate and other stakeholders, you'll deliver exceptional teaching and learning support at the undergraduate level, ensuring a rewarding student experience rooted in your expertise and skills.

Your responsibilities will extend beyond the classroom as you engage in curriculum development, lead modules across campuses, and undertake research and scholarly activities aligned with our institution's strategies. Embracing teamwork, you'll actively participate in various academic initiatives, always embodying integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate discussions in business management.
• Develop and update course materials and lesson plans.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to curriculum development and assessment.
• Attend departmental and faculty meetings.
• Provide academic support and guidance to students, including advising on academic and career goals.

Desired Qualifications:

• PhD or equivalent in a relevant subject area
• Membership of Professional Bodies
• Teaching qualification (PGCHE/ PGCE)

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in teaching and research in higher education
• Experience leading modules
• Relevant first degree and preferably a master's qualification
• Evidence of recent scholarship and/or continuing professional development
• Recognised HE teaching qualification or commitment to achieving Advanced HE accreditation
