• After finishing the course, you will be able to develop and demonstrate the knowledge, skills and attributes across a range of IT areas
• You will also have developed your maths and English skills which employers value highly

• You must be aged 19-24
• Proof of UK/European citizenship – ID proof or Proof of 3 years of stay in UK (not on international student visa) 
• Proof of address
• Previous qualifications details
• Benefits beneficiary details (if any)
• Details of any course being pursued elsewhere as of now

There is no fee associated with a traineeship. The work experience is not remunerated; however, employers may optionally pay travel and subsistence expenses.

• The IT User course provides the underpinning knowledge and skills to enable you to extend your competency in further areas, at the same or a higher level
• Improve your skills by undertaking a higher-level qualification at Level 3
• This qualification can also lead to an Apprenticeship in Digital IT.
